I am somewhat new to affiliate marketing and I am not sure if I need a landing/squeeze page when I am using ppc. I am not interested in building a list just yet.

You asked if you “need” to build a landing/squeezepage when driving traffic via PPC… the answer to this question is both “Yes” and “No.”
If you are using Google’s Adwords program and displaying your ads on their “Search Network” then many times you will NEED to send this traffic to your own landing page. This is because Google will only show one ad for any one “destination url” per page.
If someone else is “direct linking,” then you will need to build your own landing page if you want to be shown on the first page of results.
However, if you don’t care where your ad falls or if you are advertising on the “Content Network,” then you do not have to have your own landing page.
Still, I would advise you to send traffic to your own landing page and to start building a list!
Doing so will enable you to follow up with your list and drive traffic to any site you’d like for very little money (the cost of your autoresponder service) and instantly as well.
In my own business (and in almost everyone else I know that is successful) my lists are the most important component to my success.
Best wishes in your endeavors!
Certainly, Yes !
You are required to do your own study as well as home work, You can’t get ready made, off the self.
However, if you like you can out source the spade work !!
People use landing page as well as direct affiliate link.
In my experience, a well done landing page increases your conversions. So go for it by all means.
You seem willing to make an investment in your on-line venture. I take this as a measure to succeed with reasonable effort on your part. However, to maximize your effort I recommend you find a mentor to assist you and who has a technical staff to assist you as well. I know a young Internet marketeer who has develop a teaming concept of budding and experienced Internet entrepreneurs who work together for individual success. There is a review of this young inrternet marketeers concept at replacingmyday.com. The cost of your research is the surfing of this blog site. Plan well to succeed. Good Luck.
Yea you should. Get great paying ads when you sign up for bidvertiser (if you sign up be my referal i can use the money)
It all depends on what your end goal is in terms of your marketing efforts.
A landing page is that extra piece of real estate that you could use to help you get the sale.
If you need more space to persuade a potential customer to make a sale, use landing pages.
Ive made sales doing straight links & landing pages.
When you are ready to collect names and addresses for a list, a landing page is a great place to put up a subscription form.
